Your Tasks

  • Analysis of markets and trends: Identification of new market opportunities, customer needs, and growth potential

  • Competition and competitor analysis: Systematic observation of competitors, business models, prices, and positioning

  • Identifying and developing new business: Developing new products, services, business models, or market entry strategies

  • Creating business plans and profitability analyses: Developing business cases, revenue and cost models, investment calculations, and scenarios

  • Strategic consulting for senior management: Preparation of decision-making bases and recommendations for action for management and senior management

  • Development of growth and go-to-market strategies: Definition of market entry strategies, target customer segments, and value propositions

  • Coordination of internal stakeholders: Collaboration with sales, marketing, product management, finance, and operations

  • Support for strategic projects: e.g., expansion, internationalization, new sales models, or digital initiatives

Your Skills

  • Creative problem solving and analytical thinking

  • Five to six years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Experience in the software industry and project management

  • Independent, curious, analytical, and detail-oriented

  • Precise, reliable, and independent work style with a keen interest in security and data protection issues

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Very good written and oral communication; you are an empathetic listener and a persuasive speaker

  • Confident handling of key figures, sales, cost, and profitability models

  • Ability to clearly present complex issues and provide well-founded recommendations for action

  • Persuasive presentation of analyses and concepts to management and stakeholders

  • Structured planning, management, and implementation of business development initiatives

  • Confident manner at various hierarchical levels

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Your education is secondary; your experience and personal skills are much more important.
