We are looking for a pragmatic and experienced Product Manager who is eager to revolutionize the way people and organizations communicate securely and privately. From individuals to governments and the military – with us, you’ll build products for everyone who truly needs security. Build and develop product management practices within the organization as part of our growing product team
Develop and communicate clear product strategies and roadmaps in close collaboration with the Head of Product, aligning with company goals and strategic direction
Act as a central link between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Research, and Design teams
Collect, prioritize, and document product requirements, and work closely with engineering teams to maximize productivity
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, analyze product metrics and market trends for continuous optimization
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product launches and engage directly with customers to validate product ideas
Actively participate in agile development processes and continuously improve ways of working
Balance new features, technical improvements, and technical debt to ensure long-term product quality
Define and track measurable product goals and coordinate user research in collaboration with the Research team
3–5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in fast-growing tech companies
Passion for data protection and secure communication, and enthusiasm for building products that protect people worldwide
Solid technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams
B2B experience required; B2C experience is a plus
Strong skills in analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs, along with hands-on experience in agile frameworks
Ability to thrive in a young organization and take on more responsibility than in larger companies
Willingness to build an experimental product culture, implement validation methods, and contribute to shaping our PM tool set
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead without formal authority
Proactive, self-reliant working style with high initiative and hands-on mentality
Proficiency in German and English, spoken and written
Your education is secondary; what counts most is your experience and personal skills.
