Between an alarm and arrival on site, valuable minutes are often lost due to coordination overhead and scattered communication channels. With radios, pagers, and various messaging apps all running at once, it’s easy to lose track of time and the big picture – precisely when every move must be perfect.
Cut through the noise by connecting your existing control centers and dispatch systems directly to a secure communication solution. With Threema Work, you can trigger and deliver alerts from these systems to the right people in a single, secure channel, straight to their smartphones. Emergency staff receive all relevant information in one place, confirm it with a tap, and can act without having to switch tools or chase down missing updates. Not only can you improve your alerting processes, but you can also benefit from alerts that are fully administrated, remain confidential, and comply with data protection regulations.
Learn how and why Threema Work has become the communication solution of choice for Swiss police forces, fire brigades, and other emergency organizations and discover how it can strengthen your operations, too.
This event will explore how Threema Work can serve as the last mile of critical communication by complementing the systems you already use in emergencies. Instead of introducing yet another standalone tool, you will learn how to handle alerts and coordination in one secure channel that connects directly to your existing control room and dispatch environment. You will also have the opportunity to preview Threema’s upcoming add-on “Easy Connect,” which is not yet publicly available.
In addition to practical examples demonstrating Threema Work in action, there will be a dedicated session on crisis management and critical communications featuring case studies and lessons learned. Through three real-world case studies – ranging from threat situations in large institutions to international, large-scale evacuations – you will gain insight into typical issues in alerting, decision making, and communication.
