What purposes does Threema process personal data for?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Performing the Referral Program (contract performance).

What personal data is processed?

The following personal data is processed by us:

• Threema ID;

• Name;

• Address;

• Bank account number/IBAN;

• BIC/SWIFT.

What personal data is stored and for how long?

The personal data collected for performing the Referral Program is stored until the claim to the Referral Bonus lapses, in particular until the Referral Bonus has been paid out, and will then be deleted.

Is personal data disclosed to third parties?

The personal data collected in connection with the Referral Program is disclosed to banks in Switzerland for payment of the Referral Bonus.

What rights do you have?

You have a right to information to Threema and a right to rectification, completion, deletion, and blocking of your personal data as well as a right to withdrawal (of your consent) and to objection (against data processing based on overriding interests).
